Really helpful staff and lovely breakfast.
Charming small, nice basic property. Well-equipped unit with a convenient decor. Quiet area, magnificent and handy location, just next door to Banbury prior to leaving for home in Suffolk, and the restaurant and the bar. Great choice for weekend.

The food was very good and the barman Sean was excellent and very attentive. The location suited us as it was close to town and very well situated for exploring the Cotswolds.
The noise coming from the floorboards in the room above was extremely annoying and disturbed our sleep every morning. We were in room 105. There were two functions at the hotel during our stay which we weren't aware of and the attendees of the second function were so noisy, rude and unbearable we had leave the hotel bar to find a more pleasant location to relax.

Cannot really comment as we arrived very late at night after a day at Cornbury music festival; not entirely sober! And left first thing in the morning feeling somewhat hung over. Everything at the hotel was fine. Room very comfortable,
